A pound or 2 is nothing to you but to me it's EVERYTHING

So I have to say that I bought a new scale- a digital one two weekends ago. I was use to weighing myself on my moms scale which was always off by two pounds lol so i knew how to read it. But I hated always going to her house to weigh in on monday evenings, so I went and purchased a new one for me to have at my house... Well I purchased it on Saturday and then weighed in like normal on Monday evening, and to my surprise it said i weighed 160!!!  Well the shocking part is that the last week I had weighed in at 158 so this would be a 2 pound jump from the previous week!! Since I have had the surgery I have always stepped on the scale and it either stayed the same or went down, not one time in the last 10 months has the scale actually moved UP and it was just a tad bit heartbreaking to see..

I have not been doing well on my diet latley.. I admit it, i have not been eating right like I should. I have been eating lots of sweets that I shouldnt be eating. I havent been going to the gym or working out like I once was doing...  and stepping on that scale just proved that I need to get back on track.. it proved life isnt going to be easy for me to keep this weight off.. I know what I have to do its just a matter of getting up and doing it! why is this process so hard?? why cant it just come so easy like it does those skinny girls in the magazines.. I know im not perfect but it feels really good to be called thin these days and it feels really good to get compliments from people who havent seen you in awhile and I am so scared that I may not be able to maintain this figure for the long run.

Yes I am venting here and I know what needs to be done and am whilling to do it.. just need my inner self to join my heart in this fight for skinniness...  I know I can do it!!!

FYI I stepped on the scale this morning and unfortunatly I still weighed in at 160.. I guess now I am just hoping that I am experiencing a stall and the scale will stay the same.. As long as it doesnt go up!!!

2/4/2013

Happy Monday to all!

I ended up having my gal bladder removed on 1/21/13. I was super excited that the doctors finally figured out why I was having those horrible episodes, and more excited that we were able to schedule the surgery so soon and able to get the issue fixed! the healing was better then expected- the first 3 days were probably the hardest but after that the days just got easier. I have tried to eat things that may be  bit more greasy or fattening just to see how my body reacts to it, and so far it has been okay. Although some things I eat clean my system out, i guess that could be a good thing for me since I am not normally on a regualr bowel schedule since the sleeve! lol. (TMI i know) The only thing that concerns me at this time is that when fall asleep at night and lay on my back I get sharp pains in my left upper chest area. The surgeon that did my gal bladder told me that it was uncommon but if it didnt go away within a month then to go back and see him. Keep your fingers crossed that its nothing big and it will eventually go away!
People tell me with the Gal Bladder being removed it will slow down weight loss- not sure excatly if that is true and really hope its not but I guess in the long run I am satisfied with where I am right now. but dont get me wrong i would love to see a couple more pounds go away but I wont be greedy haha.
I am a little past my 9 month post op date- attached are some photos I took

When taking these and comparing them to my 6 month post op photos i guess I really didnt see much of a change, although there was a change it wasnt as drastic as the 1st set that i compared. I am still very satisfied with my weight loss. As of today my weight is 158.2 which is a decreas of 87 pounds.. CAN YOU BELIVE THAT!!

Now I cant help but to start pondering when I should schedule my tummy tuck and boob job! two things that I must do.. who knows when but I hopefully soon.
